This was our first time at Naples Rib Co and we were very impressed! The food and service were outstanding! We made a reservation for my husband’s birthday because he loves BBQ. He thoroughly enjoyed his prime rib and pork rib combo platter. I loved my tri-tip “senior/smaller portion”. I also had a delicious dirty martini and my husband had a great spicy margarita. We were so stuffed and took our leftovers home. Our amazing server surprised my husband with a birthday dessert. It was the perfect night for a special celebration. We will definitely be back!
We reserved a table for two for a special occasion and were able to get our favorite booth – table #2! Service was great and the food as usual so yummy. My husband had a half rack of baby back ribs, which were so tender and juicy. My Corporate Cut prime rib iwas exactly as ordered. The sides were all good, especially the asparagus with a light hollandaise sauce. Although we now live in the Palm Springs area, we try to dine at the Naples Rib Company, whenever we are in Long Beach. 
The food and ambiance were enjoyable. Service, on the other hand, was very slow. It took about 20-30 minutes until we had to ask the server who was helping the table next to us place our orders. Our food, didn't take too long to come out after that. After we finished our food, once again we had to ask for someone to give us the bill because it was taking far too long. Our server was not impolite or rude; however, we simply wished for a more timely and reasonable level of service.
Everything was spectacular! The service was great, food and drinks were delicious. I will definitely be back! There was a little hiccup with our order- they owned up to it and comped a couple of our dishes because of it. Most restaurants wouldn't do that so we really appreciated the extra effort they took to ensure we still had an enjoyable meal.

The chicken and salmon were overcooked and dry. The baby back ribs were good. The sides, especially the garlic mashed potatoes and the steamed corn on the cob were superior. The specialty drink, an old fashioned, was very good.
Our server Olivia took great care of us while we dined. Dinner was for a birthday and as always food was 5 stars, no complaints.
Food was excellent. We had 5 diners at our table and everything was outstanding. Service was kind of slow.
A good restaurant way too expensive for what you get. This place used to be a great value for the money.
