Why on Earth is this hidden gem, so hard to find. Don't get me wrong the building is obviously here, but good luck finding the way in. Who's the owner?! How about a touch up. I walked in after looking at so many doors and guessing the green door without a door nob. I saw a cook say hi and direct me to go upstairs. It is truly a diamond in the rough. Pleasantly surprise with the food and the view of the large pond. The place was completely empty. And I noticed people passing by were surprised to see this place was open. Whoever the owner is, wake up.
I decided to try this restaurant on a whim and was surprised to find it empty when I walked in. After a bit of wandering, the host finally appeared. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and offers a good view. The man working there, presumably the owner, was pleasant and friendly. I tried the tres leches cake and it was delicious, although I found it odd that the plate was warm. The cake had a generous amount of whipped cream on top. My only issue was that there were flies bothering me throughout my meal, which was quite annoying.
Terrible service. Two people to take an order and the same two people to prepare that order. Wouldn't it make more sense for one to take the order and the other to prepare it?Waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order before I just left. I guess it takes two of these folks to prepare a small coffee and a milkshake for the person that ordered before me. And even then, it was 10 minutes when I left and they had not been able to serve the guy in front of me.
This is a review of the kiosk downstairs. Ok food, v friendly but slow service. If you're hungry you'll find something on the menu to eat but don't bother with the smoothies or frappes they're real disappointing. Ok they don't maintain the bathrooms in the building but they're atrocious.

This restaurant is located near a stunning and historic lake, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The menu offers fresh and simple dishes prepared daily. The upstairs area is perfect for hosting gatherings and events. I enjoy painting outside here. The owner is very friendly.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is superb. I loved that it is pet friendly and the service was fantastic. You can enjoy a view of the lake while sipping on a cold beverage.
I love this place! It’s so relaxing to take a walk around the lake and then come here and grab and bite or get their amazing iced coffee ? staff is super friendly!
My favorite local place for brunch! The chefs do everything the right way! Love a Sunday in front of the pond.
