This place does really good Persian food. We started with Salad Olivier, houmous and salad. We had chicken kebab, meat kebab and I chose Gaymeh. Delicious. Portion size is good.They also do a great trade in take away kebabs and appears to be a favourite with customers from the local pubs.Price are really reasonable. They do not serve alcohol.I really enjoyed my meal, as did my friends. Forget the glitz of nearby restaurants and come here for great food.
I rarely write a bad review but having ordered a takeaway for 3 we were very disappointed. None of the meat was recognizable, the portions were minute, and the lentil casserole had so many random things in I think it was the leftovers scraped from someone’s plate. We paid over £50 essentially for 2 kebabs and some lentils. There are so many fantastic restaurants in Brighton and above we won’t try this one again.
I’ve ate here numerous times and I have not yet been disappointed, excellent quality food. The lamb chops must be one of the best I’ve tasted and the chicken is excellent soft and juice with a charcoal taste it’s a bit more expensive than the bog standard keebab place but a lot better.
Staff there are really rude, discusting food, discusting kitchen inside, no food hygiene at all. And when you come to pay they add extra money to your bill, when you ask what the extras, they get confused in a rude way. I do not advise anyone to go there at all. Book a table now
Ordered 2 large portions of lamb chops, and this place used to be very good and now I won't return.The lamb had a fruity smell, and it was definitely rancid, they definitely tried to hide the smell by just covering it in so many different spices.
Absolutely terrible establishment would avoid at all cost, was in with a friend and the owner told me to “f off” asked for his name he called me a c on 3 occasions. Absolute disgrace. Would avoid at all costs! Quite scary.
The food was terrible and overpriced. I was very disappointed to receive only 4 small pieces of chicken and flavorless chips that tasted like they were straight from the freezer. It was not worth the price at all.
Ordered food from here 5 times now every time it’s spot on! Love their chicken wings and their lamb shish! Can’t believe how much food you get for the price as well. Book a table now
