First time here and decided to give it a try as I like to try different Pho places. I did enjoy the Thai Tea but that's about it. I had the 1 protein Pho as they were low on tendon and the other proteins. Only protein available was brisket and meatball.I went with the brisket. The bowl was a large size but it had very few noodles. The brisket was tender but had many fattypieces. The broth was ok not very flavorful. I did taste and see coriander. They were nice enough to make me a side of onionswith vinegar which I appreciated. But sad to say I will not be back. Good customer service and were friendly.

We waited over an hour before finally asking for a refund to go somewhereelse. They only hustled and got our food ready after we asked for a refund. Never coming here again. EDIT: I did come heretoday. My order was called in at 11am. I had to wait until 12:10 until my order was finally ready at the threat of refund. Don'tlisten to the owner's response. The fact that they're refusing to apologize for their mistake says it all.
I am always on the hunt for some bun Bo hue. I saw on the Google picture that they had some and it looked really good so I ordered it spur of the moment. It seem like they were super busy when I got there so I did not mind the wait. I live an houraway so when I got home and was preparing my food I was a little disappointing to know that I did not get all the fixings fromthe soup. There was only two types of meat that was in there not all of the pork that usually is in the soup. I was reallyhoping that they had all the fixings sent it looked really good. Flavor wise it was pretty delicious.

There are no vegan restaurants in Oceanside, so this has become my favorite spot. The owner and his wife are often there to welcome customers with a friendly smile. They regularly create new vegan dishes. I especially love their tofu bánh mì sandwiches and vermicelli bowls. They've even changed the green tea boba recipe from honey to brown sugar after vegan requests. Sometimes, they offer vegan cakes in their bakery too. If you inquire about vegan options, they’ll make sure you’re well taken care of. The braised tofu is outstanding.
Last week, I ordered the Banh Mi #1 with egg rolls through GrubHub and loved it so much that I decided to get it again tonight. The egg rolls were just as great as before, but unfortunately, the sandwich was a letdown. The baguette was stale and hard, which was quite surprising. I'm really shocked it was served that way. I gave it five stars last week, but tonight, it only deserves three.

I visited Nd Banh Mi while I was in Vista because the only other appealing option was Chipotle. The bread on the sandwich was crispy, fresh, and soft. The tofu was also really tasty. Overall, it’s definitely worth trying, especially if you’re in the area.

The banh mi here is quite small, and the pho is bland and lacks depth. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant is worrying—I’m amazed it meets health standards. Updated from my earlier review on February 1, 2022.
Accurately made as ordered. Taste is good. However for the price, not so much food. Vietnamese ice coffee is STRONG.
