My friend informed me that I could get them after they finished making my ice cream. So, I decided to wait in my car for about 10 minutes. When I returned to the store and asked for the toppings, I was disappointed to hear that they had put them all away and couldn't add any to my order.
Overall, my experience as a first-time customer was quite negative. I felt really sad and even teared up a bit—you would think I was bothering them just for wanting to try something new. Unfortunately, this visit left me with a bad impression, and I don't think I'll be returning.

Here, you truly get your money's worth, especially with their unlimited toppings and delicious ice cream flavors. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The lighting and music enhance the overall appeal of the venue. Without a doubt, this is the best rolled ice cream I've had in LA so far.

The interior is really cool with a relaxed atmosphere, and they even allow customers to check out games, which is a nice touch if you choose to dine in. Every visit has been a perfect 10/10, with ice cream that is simply out of this world.
This place is so good and fun to watch. Took my 9 yr old grandson and he just loved it. When we walked in we were the only ones in line and not 5 minutes about 15 people came in. The workers are very friendly and to watch them whip up your flavor is awesome. Will be going again thank you Negative 8C.

The ice cream was delicious, loads of flavor, and fresh toppings! They have a minimum of 15 for card use, so bring cash or another person! It's in a trip mall so there's lots of parking!
Ordered the cap n crunch and key lime pie rolled ice cream flavors. Well, what I got was absolutely no flavor. Almost $20 down the drain. Never again.
