Neighbors Deli is simply the best! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the owners and staff are always friendly and accommodating. We've been loyal customers for 30 years, but today was something special! I stopped by while they were closed for the day, bringing my father, who wasn't feeling well and was hoping for some of their amazing soup. Chris and another wonderful lady kindly opened the deli for us and prepared a delicious tomato soup along with a roast beef sandwich. Their generosity and kindness made a huge impact, and my father was delighted! He remarked, “That’s why I love coming here; they make me feel like family!” You can’t go wrong with a visit to Neighbors Deli!...
I've had the Zinger on a garlic hero twice now, and it's been amazing each time. I've always loved adding pepperoni to my sandwiches for an extra kick and flavor, and this one comes with it. I definitely need to try the cheesesteak and the Jet next. This place is a hidden gem, and I was hesitant to give it a five-star review because I want to keep it a secret, but it deserves the recognition. The staff are incredibly personable and friendly, which enhances the entire experience. Great food and excellent service! I’ll definitely be back for the cheesesteak, breakfast, roast beef, and of course, my favorite—the Zinger. Photos will be up soon!
It’s disappointing to see so many subpar delis around Long Island these days, but Neighbor's stands out as a dependable choice. The quality here is exceptional, especially compared to my recent experience at a deli in Westbury, where the food was mediocre and they were using a microwave, which is just unacceptable. You won’t find that here. Plus, the air conditioning was perfectly set for a sweltering 90-degree day. All these factors combined make it worthy of 5 stars—a rare achievement in my book!
I really enjoy the food here, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement. They upgraded their register some time ago, but many staff members are still having difficulty using it, which leads to slow service. Additionally, I was disappointed when a man who came in after me was able to skip the line by walking to the side of the counter because he knew the employees. At first, I thought he was an employee or a vendor, but he wasn't.

I wish I could give them six stars! The food is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and the sandwiches are amazing. We've been going there for years and have never been let down. They have the best potato salad, and the coleslaw is delicious as well. My son and I go there regularly, and with Uber Eats, it’s super convenient. It’s definitely a neighborhood gem!
I hate to say this- but this place is absolutely terrible. Been there 5 times and the next time they get my order right will be the first. Shouldn't be hard to make a roast beef with swiss and actually make a sub with cheese... but they're 0-5. The incompetence is actually stunning. I'd rather go to Subway ?
I wish I could give them 6 stats. Great food, great people and great sandwiches. We have been going there for years and never disappointed. Best potato salads, and the Cole slaw is terrific. My son and I get.something everyday and with Uber Eats it is easy.....thank you Neighbors Deli.
A little off the main Park Blvd strip but probably the best and most bang for your buck deli in that area. Friendly, quick service and clean spot.
