In general, norms. You call on the ref number, they give a pager. You pull into the parking lot, wait for the ramp number on the pager, boot back into the parking lot, and wait for the notification on the pager behind the docks. As soon as you go through the checkpoint, they give it back.
All this is great. I dumped the loaded container, everything was done in 5 minutes. There is a parking lot, but you can’t spend the night, there is a toilet and a shower.
