I used to drive over 20 miles to get my Vertuo Plus pods whenever I had the chance. In the past, I would dress up to enjoy some luxury shopping at the Nespresso store in Garden State, where I was always well entertained and typically bought around 6 to 12 sleeves. However, today I went in wearing my pajama pants and sweatshirt, and I felt heavily judged. Even the lady at the tasting station wouldn't let me sample any flavors, claiming they weren’t allowed. Fortunately, there was a kind and elegant cashier who apologized for the treatment and assisted me in purchasing the limited edition sleeves. It's unfortunate that some of the staff need to improve their customer service skills.
I highly recommend avoiding this location! My husband and niece went to pick up a new machine for me, dressed in their pajamas to keep their purpose discreet. Sadly, no one offered to help them, while other customers were being treated with courtesy. Good customer service should be available to everyone, not just those who look well-off. To make matters worse, the machine we received had already been opened and broke after just five uses. When I reached out to customer service, they were equally unhelpful. Overall, the experience—both in-store and over the phone—was extremely disappointing!
I visited on a Tuesday afternoon and waited in line for about 5 minutes. The restaurant is incredibly clean and spacious. However, the staff could be a bit friendlier, similar to how they are at other locations. This branch offered some rare flavors that are no longer being made, which was a nice surprise.
I thought I had already shared this, but I wanted to express my fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, and they provided complimentary samples. I ended up going back for more pods and finally indulged in the glasses I've been wanting for ages. I don't regret it one bit!

The staff here is extremely professional. Maria, a specialist at the boutique, assisted me with descaling my Nespresso coffee machine. I highly recommend Nespresso machine owners to visit the boutique at 1 Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ, as often as they can.

Judy was wonderful and answered all our questions. She was knowledgeable and friendly. The store offered free coffee for those who never tasted a Nespresso coffee before. The store is sleek and very clean.
