I visited this restaurant on Saturday night with my boyfriend, hoping to find a spot that served hot tea and was still open. We arrived just after 9 pm and I was in need of a good green tea to soothe my throat and alleviate my headache while also being enjoyable to drink. My boyfriend ordered the drink to go, but the place was nearly empty when we got there. Unfortunately, the green tea was far from what I anticipated— it was bitter and tasted burnt, making it quite unpleasant! What a disappointment in terms of both money and time. I've tried a variety of drinks, and while they’re pretty decent, I would say they're just okay. What I appreciate about this spot is that their drinks tend to have a consistent taste, although it can vary depending on who's preparing them. As the saying goes, consistency is key, right?
Prices have definitely gone up—drinks now typically cost between $6 and $7, which is a $2 increase since they first opened. It seems like boba is just getting more expensive over time, which is a bit disappointing! Luckily, they accept cash, cards, and Apple Pay. As for parking, there’s a shared lot in the plaza as well as street parking available.
Mango Green Tea. One of the first thing I noticed (and appreciated) was the strong tea flavor. The drink isn't packaged as aesthetically nice as some of the other tea shops in the area, but the flavor was there. I ordered my drink 75% sugar and thought it was a good amount of sweetness. I might go down to 50% if I ever stop by again.

This is currently my favorite boba place. I'm not sure why there aren't many customers, but the drinks are consistently good. The boba is perfectly chewy, and the tea has a strong flavor. I highly recommend the lychee green tea and the sea salt green tea!
The service here was awesome, and my rose milk tea? So good! They've got free Wi-Fi and outlets, which is perfect for working. The music isn’t too loud either, which is great. Parking is free, but most spots are limited to two hours.

Very good choice for milk tea in the area. Employee was direct but courteous. Place was clean and well-kept (including the restroom), somewhat easy parking and a good choice of options when it comes to milk tea to choose from.
