You feel welcome and can choose a wide variety of dishes from a clear menu. The service is attentive, the food very fine. The ambience in the old factory-style Neumühle is very pleasant. A small downside is the volume, if there are 6 people at the table, only those across the street can understand something from each other, it's rather loud. The Neumuehle is very convenient for the train station and Ibis hotel in Baar. If you're staying in Baar it's a fair choice to eat or as a bar, if ultimately not really inspiring. In good weather you can sit outside at the front or back. The menu is quite varied and I'd recommend the Thai curries or the duck massaman curry tasty but not authentic!
