We went through the drive-thru without knowing if the inside was open. We arrived at 7:45 AM and waited over 20 minutes, with only two people ahead of us. There were three staff members serving customers, but they should have designated one person to focus solely on the drive-thru to avoid prolonged delays. Additionally, neither the staff nor customers were wearing masks, and social distancing was not observed. At one point, there were people standing outside, but there were six individuals inside, all close together. Donuts are delicious but their attitude and customer service need work. Every single time I'm there they are crabby, act like it's a complete pain to grab me 3 donuts. I understand you get up early but please put a smile on your face and be grateful for your customers.
The baked goods here are DELICIOUS! The Bismarck donuts and the brownies are my personal fave. The people there are absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a sweet treat!

The lines can move slowly because there's only one cash register, and the staff tends to engage in a lot of chatting with the locals, which adds to the delay.
Once you overlook the bickering between the owners or whoever was serving me, the food was delicious, though it made for an interesting experience.
