We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. It is recommended to make reservations. Despite the line, we arrived on time and were seated immediately. The staff was friendly and provided personalized service. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was exceptional, making for an unforgettable dinner.
The food was delicious. I ordered the enchiladas with Pancho Villa sauce, which had a nice kick to it. My wife had the fiesta mole, and each sauce had its own unique flavor - not spicy, but very tasty. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you haven't been yet.
Chef Paco was absolutely delightful and amazingly talented! He was kind, funny, and gracious. The food was exquisite, and even though the restaurant was busy, our party felt like we were in our own intimate and special dining experience.
This is a very nice restaurant with good food and good people. That said, the servers can be TOO attentive, coming round multiple times in a short period making me feel as though I needed to eat quickly and move on. Book a table now
We dine at New Rebozo as often as we can. We love the food and the wait staff is always friendly and on point. It’s always nice to Chef Paco. We love that he comes to your table and explains the menu. Oh my God.
