I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. As a first-time visitor, I walked in to place an order but was left standing there without any service. The cashier was engaged in a conversation with a man about irrelevant topics and completely ignored me, even though I was wearing a high-visibility vest. Not a single person—neither the cashier, the cook, nor the delivery person—bothered to say a word to me. I ended up leaving because I refuse to spend my money in a place that treats customers this way!
As someone who lived in NYC for 20 years and loves bagels, it was very hard to move out. The bagels were just not the same in NJ. I went into this place a little skeptical of what the name promised. I can tell you the name is true to its word. The bagels are awesome. It reminds me of my old neighborhood bagel shop Essa Bagels on First Avenue. The bagels are a cut above anything else you will find in the area and truly on par with NYC's top bagel shops. BRAVO!
Amazing food. Love their veggie omlette. And all their bagels. Fresh and fantastic. Coffee is good too.. ask them for super toasted bagels ! They have varieties of cream cheeses. My fav is jalapeño cream cheese love it . They also have hashbrowns and bagels . Priced good . Very nice and quick service .... Lots and lots of parking outside . My go to place for morning coffee and breakfast ... thumbs up changed my review to 5/5
Wow! This was an incredible experience. I ordered breakfast for the office and our clients, and the food arrived hot, with all the orders correct—plus a few extras just in case. I think we’ve found our go-to breakfast spot! The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are fantastic. We will definitely be coming back again and again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been a faithful customer. Today I'm embarassed by the quality I received. Then to hve to argue and the owner not attempt to correct the issue. U may not care about losing a repeated customer but some customers may appreciate an honest opinion on how you handle your customers.
The egg platter was delightful, and the portion size was generous. The cappuccino was among the best I've ever tasted. The only drawback was the potatoes; they needed more seasoning and a crispier texture. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!
Amazing!! I usually order from Ciao near my job but they’re so overpriced for low quality food. NYC Bagels was delicious and looked like it was prepared with care and they’re well priced! You have new customers over at Planet! Thank you!!
