This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life!!! The nail technician cut my nails too short and caused my cuticles to bleed. Throughout the entire session, she was not gentle at all. Normally, I feel relaxed during a nail appointment… but not here. The worst part was when she accidentally got gel nail polish on my skin and then used a rough nail file to scrape it off, causing my skin to become sore. I have never felt such discomfort after a nail appointment. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!!!
