I called into the Newton Fish Bar for a spot of tea whilst waiting in Earlestown for a connecting train back to North Wales. It's not the most convenient takeaway for the station, in fact it's about the least convenient one, but I really fancied...pie and chips so off I went. The pie was actually really small but in fairness I knew this as all the pies were on display in the range. The meal was however surprisingly filling, and cheap as chips as well, and it all went down a treat. I'm not sure if or when I'll be in Earlestown again but I'd consider returning for more if the opportunity ever arises.
I have enjoyed many good lunch and dinner times here in the run of the years, but at my last opportunity was the quality of eating under standard. x fish and chips for my wife and I. a fish standing in the hob. at the arrival and turned out that he was dry in the inner and less than drilled hot. the other fish was pretty nice, but a touch too bold. the chips tasted like something else had been cooked in the fat before. employees and other customers do not wear face masks. I'm sorry. fishable, others do it better
I went to this chip shop for me and my children's dinner got home chips cold today when they were eating terrible in the refrigerator. sausages burned fishcake burned everything in everything was bad and all in the I am giving it no...stars sure to say wont go their back
This chippy is very nice. We have used it since moving to the area in the last twelve months and never been disappointed yet. Service can be a bit slow though

good choice of food, cooked to order, so never dried / old reheated chips. excellent prices, friendly staff. I have the best TASTES-GREAT.
