Got there at 10 am on a Saturday, what a mess. First we were told that half of the inventory was gone for the morning. So we picked what we could. After waiting for 15 minutes while watching 3 people mill around the back not knowing what to do, I finally asked about my order. I was told they had NO donuts at all. After reminding them that I already paid, they asked my name and then told me they didn't know what to do, as the 6 donuts they had left, period, weren't the exact 6 that I ordered. I was also told they were all trainees and there was no shift lead, and it was impossible to make donuts with only 5 employees working. Nevermind that they were supposed to be open until 10 pm. I’ve had a disappointing experience at this restaurant because they were out of donuts during my last three visits, all before 10 a.m. Each time, there were no donut holes available. A friend of mine encountered the same issue earlier this week. I really don’t understand why this keeps happening, and at this point, I don’t plan on returning. When they do have donuts, they are fantastic, but unfortunately, that’s been rare lately!
They were out of donuts the last 3 times we have gone there. Once was on a Saturday at 9:00 am. They also started closing early without adjusting their hours. They finally adjusted their hours on google last week, but their website still shows old hours. For a place that has good donuts and everything else, it’s hard to see it run poorly.
I had a long wait in the drive-thru, and I found the prices to be quite high for the small, overcooked donut I received, which I couldn't even identify. We ordered cinnamon rolls, but what we got was definitely not that! To top it off, they didn't provide any napkins. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Not my favorite donut place I've ever tried. The service was great, the coffee was good, and there were plenty of places to sit, but I did not enjoy the donuts. They were cold and just ok. I ate half and threw them away and finished my coffee.
Waited at the window over 7 minutes while the employee texted away without acknowledging me. 2 donuts and 1 kolache was $17. They were NOT fresh and the kolache bread was so hard from being old. Will not go back. Breakfast went in the trash.
The restaurant doesn't offer everything listed on their menu, and what I did try didn't quite meet my expectations. I doubt I'll return. Perhaps their coffee is better than their pastries, but since I don't drink coffee, I won't find out.
Although I rarely indulge in donuts, Nightlight has completely won me over! The perfect balance they strike with their crispy, fluffy, and just-right sweetness in their donuts has convinced me to make this place a regular haunt.
