I stopped by the drive-thru and ordered the #2, which is the Soft Taco Supreme meal for $9. Unfortunately, what I received wasn't the Supremes I expected; they were even smaller than a breakfast taco. The woman at the drive-thru was very kind and friendly, but I felt bad for her because I could overhear the employees arguing inside. I'm 50% deaf and wasn't wearing my hearing aids, yet I could still hear every word of their conflict. It seems like the manager or general manager really needs to step in and implement some changes. This place has really declined; it used to be my favorite location. I definitely won't be coming back.
The service is awful, and the manager recommends using the kiosk for everything. Every time I go, they seem to be out of something, and there’s never anyone around to assist. After my friend and I got our food, we couldn’t find anyone to help us get our cups. I've witnessed many customers come in and leave without placing an order simply because no one was at the counter to help them. I honestly don’t understand why I keep returning to this place, except for the fact that I used to really enjoy Taco Bell.
I've visited this Taco Bell location several times and found the doors locked during business hours. On one occasion, I managed to enter through a door facing the opposite direction, and the staff seemed surprised, mentioning it should have been locked. Today, around 4:30 PM, I checked all the doors and they were all locked. The management at this location needs to realize they are not properly serving customers. In contrast, the Taco Bell at Baylor was very welcoming!
The food was fantastic, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was in great condition overall. However, there was one difficult customer who was behaving aggressively towards the employees. I really admired how calmly the staff handled the situation. On the downside, the drive-thru definitely needs major improvements; during my 20-minute visit, I saw three customers come back with incorrect orders.

It's always something with this place. Monday I went in at 9:15 and no one answered the ride thru, so tried to go in and order, but all the doors were locked, although lights were on and a few cars were on the parking lot. Thursday the systems are down and takes 15-20 minutes to even take an order that makes it alone?? Throw all the staff away.
The food was fresh, but it was not prepared properly. I placed a very simple order, yet it wasn't made as I requested. On a positive note, the staff was polite. However, the kitchen team needs to be more attentive to the orders—it shouldn't be that hard.
This is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. Terrible service, rude employees (including management). I waited almost 35 minutes for a door dash order while they helped every other customer in line, even people that came in after me, first.
They made an excellent seven layers aftero fry bowl, and Burrito, that kept me back. Unfortunately, the limited time was, so I just go back to Taco Bueno. Taco bell has good food and is a good restaurant, but Taco Bueno is just better.

The food was soggy! Why would you give me a taco that’s been sitting out? I just wanted meat and cheese. Hopefully, I can get a remake because this is disappointing.
