Okay, it all started when we get seated without menus and when our server comes we were getting up to go grab the barcode off the table next to us so we could scan it and get the menu. He said no I will get you one.. Then he comes back with 1 plastic menu. My wife asked if we could get another one and he throws an attitude.(why didn't he just let us scan the QR code? I'm getting everyone just to be brief. I had a pick-up on the side after waiting for about 15 minutes after the pick-up time and 20 minutes after check-in on the website. I noticed there were other cars waiting for the crash. I'm going in to find my cold order that's just sitting on a dirty metal shelf in the door, for the board pickup area. I love Chili's. I want to love this Chili's. I understand the service industry is terribly understaffed right now. I myself have worked in the service industry for many years in the past. I say all this to illustrate how much it pains me to tell you this Chili's is trash. Just straight up terrible service. No drink refills. No checking how we're doing. The food runner did more work than the server. The food was ok, even if our apps came out after our entres. The bill was wrong and considering the service the food is overpriced. I'll try them again and hope to change this review but for now I cannot recommend this Chile's. Go elsewhere.
This place needs a deep clean, I've never had to leave a restaurant because of a gnat problem. We were fine when we first got there, seated in the bar area, our server was very nice. But as soon as we got our food there was a swarm of gnats that would not go away, it was so bad we had our food packed up to go and left. When we got home my partner threw his food away saying if the front of house is that bad I can only imagine what back of house is like Which, yeah. Normally the food is decent, but we won't be going back due to the cleanliness, or more accurately lack there of.

we came to midday and service was slow, but we expected that for lunchtime! I have the Queensadilla explosion salad that came with a small order of cheese quinadillas. the salat was amazing, but the quesadillas were burned. I let the waitress know and they were very nice about it and brought me a fresh command right away. my mother got the grilled shrimp/chicken salad and it was phenomenal! there are a few waitresses in training and they were great and very helpful. even if we had that a small weight overall the eating and service was 4 stars.
they were said to be shorthanded what is normal nowadays. we got 2 of four drinks 30 minutes after sitting, from another waiter. our children only got drinks an hour later after eating. I ordered a veggieburger who was so terribly burned. I never touched my food or got help. our waitress was not busy, she just never checked us. fortunately, I finally talked to the bartender so we can pay to go. we traveled all day. I never have to eat. we are starved again on the road and two hours behind the schedule. we will never try chili again.
I first asked for no ranch and they preceded to give me ranch on my burger and when they took it back to “fix” they just wiped it off and gave it back. So i asked them to remake it and they gave me a burnt patty but at least it has no ranch i guess
Food was delicious. Had a couple setbacks for drinks. The waitress only came over a couple times due to low staff, but when she did, she was very attentive and helpful!
