I love stopping by here when I’m in town visiting family. Friendly workers that are working hard despite lines. I worked here in the mid 90’s when Noah’s first came to Pleasanton and seeing the menu change over the years has been interesting! Lots of fond memories from back then and I always make a point to grab a bagel when visiting.
Sometimes the bagels are really good and other times they seem a little fluffy and that is not what a bagel should be. You should be able to shoot a real bagel from a cannon and put a hole in a concrete wall. That's a good bagel.
