We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant earlier this morning. We ordered a dozen bagels for about $16, and while placing our order, we forgot to request that they be toasted. When we received our order, we asked the staff member if she could toast the bagels for us. To our shock, she rudely informed us that it would cost an additional $25 to toast them, which made no sense at all. Throughout our visit, the woman was unpleasant to everyone, including other customers and her own colleagues. i would never go there again, I asked for 2 toasted bagels with just cream cheese and egg, and what i got were 2 dry rubbery bagels like they have been over microwaved, with a thin fried egg slapped between them. they forgot to put cream cheese. itwas the reaction i received from the quiet, antisocial workers there that really put me off going there again. i asked for themto fix my order, and all they did was offer me a side of cream cheese. i mean the laziness that they cant even slap some creamcheese in there and get a simple order right is almost superseding the main reason of why id never reccomend this to anyone, andthat would be the lack of quality, effort, and friendliness of the work...
I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by a lively atmosphere! Although a few customers were somewhat disrespectful, two out of the three employees—Matt and Ronit—managed the situation with impressive patience, kindness, and efficiency. They juggled their tasks effectively and stayed calm under pressure! I believe Ronit is a new addition to the team, and it’s clear that whoever hired him made a fantastic decision! I sincerely hope they receive the appreciation they deserve from management and shift leaders!
The food is always outstanding, but I have to rate it one star because the staff at the Santa Rita Road location are quite rude. It feels like customers are expected to greet them and express gratitude for being there. They don’t say things like "hello," "welcome," or "thank you for coming in," and you won't get any friendly comments whatsoever. Just keep this in mind before you decide to visit.

No gluten-free options available. I would have loved to try a lox bagel piled high with capers and cream cheese, but it has to be gluten-free! Other bagel places offer them! Embrace the uniqueness!

I've been visiting Noah's for 15 years. Despite the change in staff over the years, everyone is always very friendly, and the service is excellent.
It was ok bagels not so great tasted slightly stale and employees seemed like they didn't want to be thr working very not welcoming
