If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. The staff took my order and I waited for over thirty minutes to be served. The Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast looked like it had been thrown together. To say the portions were small is an understatement. The tables, windows, floors looked like they needed scrubbing and vacuuming. A sizable portion of the tables were still dirty and had not been cleared by the staff. The trash bin was overflowing. One customer had been waiting in line for over an hour for her order which had yet to be fulfilled when I left the restaurant. Suffice to say, I will not return to this location.

I ordered dinner for delivery, but they forgot to include my meal—the most expensive one. They refused to do anything except refund me for that meal. What about the $8 tip I left or the delivery fee I paid? To make matters worse, both the employee and the manager were rude. They told me to call DoorDash, as if it’s their fault that they forgot my food! It’s just pathetic. My husband and I order from Noodles & Company all the time—you can see from our app and rewards how loyal we are. Clearly, they don’t care about keeping loyal customers happy. I won’t be ordering from them again, especially since I never even received an apology.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When I arrived, the staff member at the front seemed lost in thought and didn’t acknowledge me at all, so I had to take the initiative to place my order. I didn’t even receive a receipt. After waiting about 10 minutes, my order arrived cold and it wasn't what I had requested. The only redeeming aspect was the cookie I purchased, but that's not enough to make up for the overall experience. I won’t be returning to this location until they improve their customer service and stop charging $13 for a small portion of cold tortellini—there were barely five in my dish!

Out of the six dishes we ordered, three were gluten-free. Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of the gluten-free noodles we requested. Instead of taking just a couple of minutes to call or text us for a replacement confirmation, they made the poor decision to choose a substitute on our behalf, which ultimately lost them our future business. Additionally, they forgot to include the protein on one of the dishes, even though we paid extra for it. With the current economic climate, dining out is a luxury, and it's disappointing to spend money without receiving the quality food and service we expect. Book a table now

This place is really busy during lunch, which makes you want to order ahead. We sat down for lunch today, and I asked for extra noodles in my entree. I thought it would be a few dollars extra but not the cost of an entire new entree. You might as well order another entree if you want to order extra of something. Entree was still incomplete, but the line was too long to say anything. The food is really good even though I have the same entree every time I go to Noddles.

Was at Noodles for the first time in many years. Not going back. The store was filthy. Carpet was dirty. Garbage can overflowing. Fountain area trashed and sticky at 11:45 on a Thursday morning! The dishes we ordered were tasty, what there was of it. PORTIONS WE REDICULOUSLY SMALL FOR THE PRICES CHARGED. We left feeling ripped off and very disappointed. PROBABLY WHY VERY FEW PEOPLE WERE THERE.Parking: Share with another restaurant. Other place was very busy.

I will not be back to this location again. Brought my two kids in to get lunch. Asked for 3 cups for water (basic human need). I was told “we don’t do that anymore”. I guess the water is getting too expensive when I’m paying for $27 for 2 normal bowls and one small bowl. You can’t supply 2 cent small plastic cups for water???Whoever decided this should really rethink it.Dietary restrictions: You drink water? Ok. You can’t have anything to drink here then.

My food arrived cold, and the restaurant was quite unclean. It took the staff 10 minutes to take our order, despite there only being two people ahead of me—one of whom left. I visited a few months ago and had a good experience, so I’m not sure what has changed. Book a table now

The service was excellent, but I was disappointed with the salad. It had large chunks, making it difficult to eat. I struggled to finish it.
