Well they took away the beef stroganoff , which was a Debbie downer. So I chose the three cheese tortellini with Rosa sauce . It did not state on menu nor did anyone mention that it was spicy after I had just said its been awhile since I had been there . U need to put it on menu for people to see that it's spicy!!!!! I would have never gotten it !!!!! I can't do spicy ,!!!! Get the stroganoff back ! All's u r is just another competition to Piada . Which I would rather go to Piada, sorry . Won't go back.
I ordered food from here using the app. The staff is usually friendly, but occasionally they forget to include some ingredients. For instance, one time I ordered the Korean spicy noodles with steak, and my order arrived without the steak! The food is decent for the price range. Parking can be a hassle during busy hours. I would recommend this place for anyone craving pasta or noodles, but don’t expect genuine Italian pasta or authentic noodles.
I went to Noodles in Woodbury on 3-29 at 3:45. The reason I say the day and time is because the 2 women that were working were awesome! I had a pickup order to go, actually 2, and they were on time. The order was as I ordered. They were so friendly and made my day with their smiles. Thank you for great service and great smiles!
When I walked in, the employees hardly acknowledged me and were mumbling to each other in a different language while I waited. My food was wrapped in tin foil, which was unusual for Noodles Co. Overall, my experience was pretty disappointing.

I was placing my order, but the cashier kept interrupting me, which was really frustrating. They almost forgot my drink as well. To top it off, the food was surprisingly cold. Overall, a disappointing experience.
The food was ok, the service was terrible, 2 people on their cell phones and ignoring customers. The soda machine was dirty and the same for the tables.
On 06/23 my Girlfriend and I got food; her buttered noodles were dry and hard so unpleasant. It was too late to call the store or reach out.

The place is a dump. Dirty and worn beyond reasonable furniture. Dirty tables.soda machine was filthy. Looked like someone puked in it.
Everything was good. Need a drop ceiling so it's not so loud.
