The service at Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee was incredibly friendly and genuine. When I ordered on Saturday evening, I wanted a large coffee with espresso, milk, and pumpkin spices. The lovely barista took the time to ask exactly how much coffee I wanted compared to the milk and espresso, even in precise measurements, to ensure it wasn’t too bitter. The final drink was absolutely fantastic! The entire team was outstanding tonight. Their service is excellent and far superior to Starbucks. The menu offers a great variety, making every visit a delightful experience.
I experienced incredibly friendly and genuine service during my visit. When I placed my order tonight (Saturday), I asked for a large coffee with espresso, milk, and pumpkin spice. The young woman at the counter was so thoughtful; she asked me to specify how much coffee I wanted in relation to the milk and espresso, as well as how much milk in inches or centimeters, ensuring I wouldn't end up with a drink that was too bitter. The final result was fantastic! The entire staff was wonderful tonight. The service was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations.
Absolutely outstanding service! I visited this restaurant both today and yesterday, and I noticed the same two employees working. One of the women was incredibly accommodating when I requested a sugar-free iced beverage. She was very honest with me, explaining that almost the entire drink would be sugar-free, except for the sweet toppings. The staff here are very friendly, and I believe she deserves to be recognized for her excellent service!
I am very disappointed with the service at this establishment. My wife ordered a hot latte, but they served her a cold drink instead. When she asked for the correct drink, she had to wait over 30 minutes, and it wasn't until the line was finished that they finally brought her the right item. This happened on Sunday, December 27, at 4:30 PM.

Very rude staff and they also charge me extra for the salad and i asked for the receipt the guy made me wait for the fork while he started serving the person standing behind me in line then asked me to wait for fork for my salad then he started saying rude things to me when i was leaving if there is no stars i would give 0 very rude staff
The cashier forgot my order twice and didn’t apologize at all; their attitude was quite off-putting. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for nothing, which felt like a complete waste of time for just one order. It seemed like the staff was frustrated while taking orders as well.
They are hardly ever open. They've reduced their hours, and even during the updated hours, they're still not open. It's incredibly frustrating, and I really don't understand how they manage to stay in business.
The staff did not recognize my presence immediately. One employee was on the phone, which contributed to the poor level of customer service I experienced.
