Nourish Bistro - Table reservation

Nourish completely ruined our Mothers Day! My daughter made reservations and we drove 2.5 hours to come here. We had called earlier in the day and asked to sit outside. They said it shouldn’t be a problem. We arrived early and asked if they could take us or should we come back and they said they could take us. We asked if we could sit at the shaded table (it was a table for 4 and there was only 2 of us) and they said no. There was no other shady spots so they said to sit at a table and they would try and move some umbrellas. It was literally impossible. Amazing Boss Bear Burger! This is the best vegan burger I had. Thank you for choosing so much for gluten-free and vegan people with so many items on the menu. The service was also great. Usually I don't get the bungalow or cheese with a burger, but here I have a GF vegan bungalow AND vegan cheese with tasteful toppings and deliciously seasoned frits. It was soooo good. We'll be back.

We ate at Nourish twice during our recent stay in Banff. Everything was great the service was friendly and prompt, the food was delicious and we loved the music! Nourish has a brilliant menu. There are lots of vegan and gf options and it's diverse so there is something for everyone. Portion sizes were decent too. Highly recommend!

Nourish Bistro is the best Vegan food in Banff Town. I would highly recommended who wants to have Vegan. Good Service though.
