I ordered delivery from this restaurant for the first time. I requested one egg roll, a pint of Chicken Broccoli, and a pint of plain lo mein, along with duck sauce, mustard, and soy sauce. Unfortunately, my order arrived without any sauce packets. The lo mein came in a pint container, but the Chicken Broccoli was packed in a combo container and mostly filled with rice. This left very little room for the vegetables and protein, which I had expected to be served separately. Unfortunately I have to post this cause the business owner denies having roaches… I order food for take out it’s been in the fridge inside of the bag since I got it home today I heat up my Vegetable fried Rice I’m already 4 spoons in I look down and the next spoon has this Roach in it but yet it “didn’t come from the restaurant” There’s no roaches where I live at so where else did Lil buddy come from this is beyond disgusting especially cause I swear by this Place I’ve been a customer for years never had a problem but this is just extremely disgusting especially cause we ate other dishes who knows if there was a roach in those?? Rude staff think they can be rude and get away with it. We have something called the internet. Where people can post their opinions on your quality and service, and guess what? People put a lot of stock in that when choosing where to eat. Hurt these people in return, stop ordering and let them go out of business. You don't like talking to people and being in the service industry? Then close your doors! Or better yet, well close them for you.Ps. Read all the reviews where people have found roaches and insects in their food...all other reviews just ingested the vermin without realizing it. Book a table now
I occasionally eat from here whenever I spend time with my brother and dad. From my experience, the staff were friendly, the food is really good for what it is and the pricing is great. I always get the chicken and broccoli when it comes to ordering from Chinese restaurants, but I’ve tried the other dishes from here and it’s delicious. Never fails to fulfill my appetite. I’ve seen a few mixed reviews from this place, but I wanted to put out my own honest review.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I repeatedly asked the staff for salt and ketchup, and when they inquired about pepper, I made it clear that I didn't want any. Despite my insistence, they still served me fries with pepper. When I requested a replacement, they simply handed me plain fries and told me to add the condiments myself. The lack of respect and customer service here is unacceptable.
The beef and broccoli tasted OK but it was kind of dry. My meal came with a wonton soup and it tasted awful. Zero flavor. I eat wonton soup often and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had. The soup smelled like dirty water.
Everything on the menu is very good, my favorite food here is the Pepper steak with onions, I recommend it, it is very good and cheap. Book a table now
