The service here was beyond terrible, completely ignored the girl just continued to walk past you while you stood infront of her, proceeded to make no apology no sorry I will be right with you and then got the order completely wrong. At this point we should have walked out, we then had to wait 20 + minutes for avocado and poached eggs on toast, the eggs came out hard and the coffee was practically hot milk.. as you can see it was anything but a decent experience.
If you're looking for a healthy lunch spot, look no further. Yes, they serve healthy food. Please make sure though that you allow a lot, and I mean a lot, of time to wait for your food. Don't go if you are already hungry, look elsewhere. The sweet potato chips were nice. The wrap was lacking flavour, probably due to the astronomical amount of mixed lettuce leaves on there masking the flavour of the beef. All in all, an average dining experience.
Went to Nutrition Station because it is a well known chain around Aus. Was extremely disappointed with the food and were let down considering the price. Ordered an avocado wrap which sounded delicious but came out with no avocado? The acai bowl was not good, can get it better at other places and the eggs Benny was average. Extremely overpriced for average service yet poor quality food.
I wanted to visit due to the construction out front and it's important to support locals! Well the breakfast crowd were there and like minded people enjoying healthy nourishing food! Don't be put off by the initial impression of the venue being cold and clinical (like I was at first). The breakfasts are deliciously divine and the coffee is exceptionally good. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The green bowl was delicious. The food service was a bit slow, but I would still return. The food was slightly overpriced considering the quality and portion size.
This restaurant in Mackay serves one of the best Eggs Benedict. The location is fantastic and the staff is always cheerful and friendly. I make sure to visit this place whenever I can.

Had a lovely omelette for breaks and yum coffee. Enjoyed our meal, service was really good however was a bit noisy. I'd go back for another yummy omelette for sure.
