We worked with Oak Mill Bakery for our wedding cake, and from start to finish, it was a great experience! For our original tasting, we met with Basia at their Arlington Heights location in March 2020. The appointment was fun and productive—we spent our time viewing their look-book of designs, discussing photos we brought in as examples of our vision, and, of course, tasting several combinations of cake and frosting. We chose Oak Mill Bakery for our wedding and rehearsal cakes based on the recommendation of my husband's sister who used them 10 years ago. We were so happy with our choice. Bill was our main contact and was very helpful and patient as we spent over an hour tasting the many delicious options and discussing prices during our cake tasting. Both the rehearsal and wedding cake turned out even better than we hoped, and were absolutely delicious!

My mother and I are very disappointed in the cake we purchased for my dad for Father’s Day. This company raised its prices but the quality has gone down. We ordered a Black Forest Cherry cake for my dad. What we got was cake with whipped cream cherries and buttercream frosting. None of it tasted like Black Forest Cherry cake. In fact, I wound up eating a glob of butter that was not mixed through in the frosting. This cake was not worth $46

Not fit to sell Birthday Cakes. The lady at the counter had a big scorn on her face. Was so lazy that did not move from her position and wanted me to describe the cake to tell me what its ingredients were. She would be fired in most of the places I know, except at funeral parlours.
