The Miso Soup had a decent flavor and was a good starter on a cold day. The Avocado Maki (6 pcs) was a simple avocado roll that was nothing special. The Big Daddy Maki was a little bland compared to others, but had really flavorful tofu curd. The Mango and Asparagus roll had a strong asparagus flavor with a good bite and a delicious chef sauce. As a vegetarian who has visited Big Daddy Sushi twice, I can confidently say it is my favorite sushi spot. The tempura sushi rolls may not be traditional sushi, but they are delicious. Overall, this restaurant offers tasty vegetarian sushi options. It is a small, bustling place with sometimes long wait times. The quality of service can vary depending on the time of day and how busy it is. Keep in mind that this restaurant is on the pricier side.
This restaurant used to be the best spot for sushi in the RWC area, but recently it has declined in quality. The specialty rolls and rice were overcooked and tightly wrapped, making it difficult to enjoy. While the nigiri was good and the seafood was fresh, it was disappointing to spend a lot of money on a special occasion only to be let down by the poorly cooked rice.
This restaurant is incredible. The fish is excellent, and I typically prefer classic nigiri, but they have added their own unique twist that makes it outstanding. They serve dishes like uni on a fried shiso leaf and seared salmon belly. If you enjoy nigiri sushi, I recommend ordering uni, salmon toro, bluefin toro, scallops, amaebi, and hamachi sashimi. Enjoy!

Was a bit loud and its a small place. The food was fire though. Best vegan rolls i have had. The food was really good so i definitely want to go back.
Incredibly thoughtful and creative rolls. Excellent delicious vegetarian rolls, some even better than the fish ones!
They took more than 90 minutes to put a small order together. Cannot recomnend this place.

The jalapeño bombs are fantastic, but the other rolls were lacking in flavor.
I was disappointed to find that the avocado on my roll was quite brown.
