I had my 50th Birthday At The Old Canberra Inn Friday night. They were so helpful right from the start. The night was absolutely fantastic. The staff were right on cue. The food was amazing, food service was great bringing out food at exactly the right times and communicating with me from the moment we arrived. Everyone who attended commented on how good the food was. Thankyou so much for making my 50th Party the best ever!!
Last Saturday we had our engagement party at this venue, the venue was perfect for our needs, all the staff were incredible and so helpful at all times. We had about 80 guests and they accommodated us so well and all the food we had was amazing. I would highly recommend the Old Canberra Inn. Thank you!!!
The new owners have managed to turn this place into THE BEST pub in Canberra! If I ever had the chance to meet them I would buy them a beer (only one mind you) to say well done mateys! If you're looking for great food, beer and friendly staff then your search is over! 5 STARS!
Best chips in Canberra no doubt about it!! Prob the best chicken parmigiana too! Bonus is they do pickled eggs! Can't believe it's taken me so long to discover this quaint, cosy, atmospheric and old fashioned lovely little pub! Will Defo come back again and again! Book a table now
We held a yr10 35yr reunion there on sat night. Great venue for a function. Staff were so friendly and looked after a bunch of 50yr olds who were thinking they were 16 again so well. Thanks to all the staff. Id book there are as a venue again for sure
I was looking for a place to have a meal in the area. Didn't know about this place. Was so glad to stumble upon it. So cool. Recommend it at so many levels. Family dining. Friends. Visitors. Cosy dates. Yup. Thanks guys. Great effort.
