Intrigued by the menu, I decided to try the vegan fish and chips at this restaurant. Surprisingly, the "fish" was made from banana flowers and had the perfect texture and flavor reminiscent of actual fish. I was so convinced that they had made a mistake and given me real fish that I had the server and manager double check with the chef. The plant fibers in the dish even resembled bones, adding to the authenticity. The chips were also exceptional, with a flavorful batter coating that elevated them above the average fare. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Overall, a great experience.
Lovely place to stay, or just for a well kept pint of Korev. I stayed one night, the lamps and radio were on to greet me on arrival to my room, Nespresso machine ready to awaken me after a long journey. The staff from check in desk, to bar, to breakfast service were all so warm and welcoming. This restaurant in beautiful Cornwall is a great place to dine. They offer a good selection of vegan options and vegan wines, which is a bonus. The menu is slightly limited if you choose to sit outside, but the view is amazing. I also appreciate how dog-friendly this place is, providing a little bed and treats for our furry friends. Overall, a lovely spot to enjoy a meal with a beautiful view.
Just come back from a fabulous Xmas break at the Old Success Inn it was a lovely time nothing was too much trouble our room and sea view were fantastic the staff were so helpful no matter what the request might be we look forward to our next stay. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Book a table now

The main two dinner options are banana blossom and chips, and tofu tikka masala. Both are solid, but nothing mindblowing. The outdoor seating area just by the sea front is pretty nice, and simply having decent vegan options is better than a lot of places around here.

One got to try this typical English meal on the vegan version. We are not big fans of deep fried meals so we knew what was coming, but still the vegan version is a good alternative and the banana blossom was a nice surprise. Book a table now
