we had been in a because not in columbias restaurant, had taken with curbside pickup by pandemic. we were on the 12th fairytale. they don't have enough staff, so we sat for 45 minutes for a table while the restaurant was half empty. the staff in the lobby must see the 3 people they had, as hostess had the rude manage. very cold, blunt, yes most time vs. ja ma’am or sir have not even heard, good afternoon, or how are they? they were in prison. woman who took out orders on computer screen was just as bad. three people who do not speak English and have not understood came in. they went past hostess to return as if they met someone. the older hostess followed them. they literally chased her back...
When we got to the Olive Garden on Sunday 2/6/2022 at table 22 the service was top-notch. The service was very good. We ordered the Stuffed Ziti Fritta and the Stuff Shells and they were amazing, very nice. Some things we thought you could change is that we ordered the Shrimp Scampi and we thought it was dry. We thought it was tasteless as well as there being no spice at all. So we think in the Shrimp Scampi you could add some sauce and garlic for the spice. We also ordered the Minestrone it was very cold and just like the Shrimp Scampi it had no spice so we think you should add garlic to that as well. So other than that we all had a great night! Thank You!
We came at around 8:00pm and the host said the wait will be 10 minutes. 30 minutes have passed and we finally get seated. We look around as my family gets seated and there are empty tables everywhere. The wait was a waste of time and we were starving. Not only that our waiter Chloe, seemed to be on something, she talked very slow and couldn't get our order right. She was stumbling over her words. Wouldn't come here again. Food took forever to come out as we were sitting here for an hour waiting. We also ordered steak medium rare. The meat came well done. There was no pink nor blood.
Overall one of the best experiences around this area of Maryland. Our waitress was beyond the best and if they had her in every location that Olive Garden had around this Maryland area (which have beeen NOTHING like this experience) the traditions of Olive Garden that I remember would be off the charts! Service food and overall vibe was great! If you are looking for an Olive Garden this is the ONE!

for anyone who needs advice, how to start his first day without a hitch kelsie was the gold standard! She was very nice and patient when she took our order. if we needed something else, she would snap everything it was and bring it to the table without a little hesitation. her willingness to go beyond and beyond was amazing and very appreciated! olive garden in the happy to have her in the team!
2 stars because it was good to eat. if they like to ask their waiter just once how the things were and are very slow, that is the place at the end the machine had the wrong with our order. we asked about the right thing, he came with another wrong bill and another third wrong bill. a manager of the rescue....she corrected it, but no excuses. stay away from og columbia!
our visit was good, the waiterin faith was excellent and attentive, the service was fast, we got our salad fresh and suppe hot, simple celestial limonade I do not recommend it was tasteless, even the brotstock were not opaque/soft, had some crispy/toast taste, I prefer it soft and buttery, huhn marsala needs more.
Our food came very quickly and we had a very attentive server. The wait time was long (45 min for 2 people) the bar and a lot of tables were closed (my guess is they were low on servers). But that seems normal for post covid. Food was good and staff friendly so will absolutely go back!
