We had a good waitress, nice young lady but she seemed new or just needed more practice on a few things like bringing our drinks out before she brought the breadsticks and salads. They had us wait for a table but when we walked to the back of the restaurant there were several empty tables. The waitresses here are wonderful but the gnat problem is disgusting. We came about two months ago and they had huge gnats everywhere. We were told it was being dealt with , only to come back now to it even worse. Gnats landing on our salad, dipping sauce , drinks, everything. As soon as the food came out. It’s absolutely disgusting. We didn’t get to enjoy our meal as we left before it even came out. The managers say the problem is being fixed but it seems as that is nothing but a lie. Sad to see such a delicious restaurant have such a nasty environment. Especially with how expensive this restaurant is. Will not be paying that much for bugs to be in my food.
I had a wonderful dining experience at Olive Garden in Lancaster, Ohio, especially thanks to our fantastic waitress, Jaleigh. After a rough dentist appointment that left me needing to stick to soft foods, we decided to go for the unlimited soup and salad. Jaleigh was incredibly attentive and made sure our drinks were always topped off and our soup and salad were replenished promptly. Her friendly demeanor and excellent service turned our visit into a truly delightful experience. The food was fresh and delicious, exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this Olive Garden location and be sure to ask for Jaleigh if you want exceptional service!
The fruit flies were unbearable. I felt sorry for the server, but I couldn't enjoy my food or drink due to the irritating bugs. This place really needs to be closed down and treated for pests. I tried to swat away countless flies, but they kept getting into my meal. In the end, I ended up throwing it all away.

The restaurant had gnats everywhere! We couldn’t enjoy our food at all because the gnats kept swarming all around us and also getting in our food. Horrible experience! We tried to talk to the staff about it and all they said was they were aware.
Love when the manager comes around and ask how was your meal. Very nice and friendly staff. Be nice if they offered a veterans discount. Soup and salad and water for drinks for Luke $20 and all you can eat. U leave full can't beat that
