I totally understand about not enough help. I've been there. Our salad was, ok? Soup wasn't as hot as it should have been. We thought the server had forgotten about us entirely. I went to the front desk to pay for our lunch. We had no idea you to pay at the table with the box sitting on our table. I tried as instructed. No luck. I took it to the front desk. They couldn't get it to work. They finally got the server who then took it. Not the best experience
big waiter had not waitfast service once sittingnot like the fact that reviewing on eating online via small computer on table that I thought was for entertaining little children (5 yr old grandson lived it.) we always pay cash at resturantes and had to press the call server twice to pay. it just blinked red up to notify him. to realize who's personal hard to get, but they seemed to have much help.
we sat immediately after check-in, but no one came on our table for a long time. When the server finally came by, we ordered everything to save some time. her service was very slow. others who sat after us had long been eating. it was busy and many workers were there. we had to wait for refills and she would tell us that she brought some of the seconds of Neverending orders before they arrived.

It had been years since I last visited an Olive Garden. We decided to take a chance and I'm so glad we did! I ordered the peach-raspberry Bellini tea, which was fantastic and complimentary.
Foos was good, but service was a bit slow. Definitely a bit understaffed. Waitress could have stopped by a bit more, we had to wait more than I would have liked for drink refills.
My server was great as d everyone's food arrived hot and fresh. I think that someone goes a little crazy with the seasoning but it wasn't too bad. I will be returning
