My husband and I both ordered the chicken parmesan, just with different sauce on the pasta. Mine was perfect. As you can see in the pics, the cheese on his chicken was very brown and crispy. He was willing to try it, but it has a slightly burnt taste. Sent it back and very disappointed when it came out again with dark, overbaked cheese. The server Dante did a great job and was very apologetic, but the manager on duty was less than sympathetic and did not seem to indicate that the meal should not have been served like that. I found myself having to explain what was wrong with it, when it was very obvious to the naked eye. We won't be going back to this OG location for a long time, maybe ever!...
This place made me blow!!!!!!! Went for the first time today. Nice experience being there with some friends. But the food caused so much stomach discomfort. This discomfort started when our waitress brought us our mints after our meal. I put that thing in my mouth and immediately felt this discomfort. All afternoon i feel terribly sick and I didn't think anything of it until I came home after i lived the rest of my day and my bowels completely exploded!!!!! Every five minutes I have had to get up and sprint to the toilet!!!!! Do not recommend going here unless you want to remain in the bathroom for the next few days. 0/5 stars. (had to give one to post the review)
I always had great waiting staff here and was even recognized by a waiter who served me in the past, which was a beautiful surprise. but! the food quality seems to be very incompatible with every visit, although I order the same each time in the round. my recent visit was for my day and it was honestly the worst tasting that it was ever taste, prep, resistance, all. I was really mad because the visit before was a few of the best quality food I had from everywhere! I'm sorry for the rant, but the point is that the bad review is not because they are bad, only incompatible.
Large party of us on a Friday night. Servers were really nice. All the food was good but the salads soups took forever to come out. Brother ordered a chicken gnocchi got skipped. Not a big deal. But then others got gnocchi refills before he got his soup. Then his daughter got a third bowl before he got his. The food came out pretty fast (soon after the soup). So it took about an hour before he got soup (after he finished entree)! Otherwise the servers were attentive friendly. My chicken broccoli was awesome, hot and cooked perfect.
