Olive Garden Italian

I’m writing this review because I by far never seen a more horrible team. Yesterday evening the bartender was struggling trying to please everybody at the bar and make drinks at the same time. He did ask management for help in front of me and two other guest and was denied help. You guys need to do better when it comes to training the managers because that is ridiculous. The managers name was Victoria Rodriguez, I hope you guys do better in the future with retraining, but as of right now after witnessing such horrible things you guys lost a customer.

I requested shrimp scampi with extra sauce, but unfortunately, they forgot to include the sauce. However, the spinach dip consistently stands out as the best appetizer option. The service was exceptional, and our server was incredibly kind. Additionally, I purchased a cheese grater from them, and to my surprise, the server gave me five blocks of cheese instead of one. Just note that the tables are quite close together, so if you prefer more distance, this might not be the ideal place for you.

Service was really disappointing. Staff was great but the restaurant seemed like it was under a lot of pressure with few waiters. Also, some main courses came out before the appetizers. And the main drawback is that they also no longer serve regular coffee with refills past 12 pm! That was one of the main reasons I used to go to Olive Gardens!!!

There were a lot of people like always, so I decided to sit at the bar because I was too hungry. Great

Always love love their salad. Will use any excuse to go to Olive Garden. Enjoyed my chicken alfredo.
