I had a truly awful experience at this corporate chain restaurant. I stopped in for a quick lunch while running errands and ordered soup and salad. Surprisingly, this seemed to be too little to warrant any attention from our server. After sitting there for 15 minutes, awkwardly glancing at my friend while our server chatted with other staff and customers, I was so frustrated that I decided to leave. I didn't realize that simply ordering something off the menu would make us feel ignored and unwelcome. We weren't making any unreasonable demands—just requesting some water, soup, and bread at the same time, as we're pretty low-maintenance diners. This wasn't my first poor experience at this loca...
The place is pleasant and clean. Our server Ryan was very pleasant, polite and ever alert. We tried the Chicken parm, the baked ziti (really yummy and the lasagna. They came with unli soup (you can try them all , salad and the fluffiest, buttery and garlicky bread sticks. Pets are allowed in the al fresco area.
The main concern I had was that the salad was excessively salty. That's something that definitely needs to be addressed. On the positive side, the fettuccine Alfredo was outstanding! I'm looking forward to trying their lunch menu on my next visit; soup and salad sounds appealing.

We were a large group of seventeen adults, children and a baby. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were so kind, friendly and patient. Fabulous experience
The silverware was quite dirty, but they apologized for the inconvenience by offering us a $50 gift card. Additionally, they allowed us to indulge in dessert.
