Fantastic customer service! I had ordered a door bag and mistakenly called the wrong location to request that they not include acidic sauce. They called me back to inform me that they hadn't received my order, and I realized I had contacted the incorrect location. Once I called the right place, they were just finishing up my burrito, but they offered me a new dish instead. I felt guilty about the mix-up, but I was so pleased with how willing they were to accommodate me despite my mistake.
My family went to the Border restaurant in Highlands Ranch, Colorado for a late dinner last night to celebrate my daughter's gymnastics achievements. Our server, Shelly, made our meal even more enjoyable. We were likely one of the last customers of the day, which can be a demanding and tiring job. Shelly was helpful, friendly, attentive, and overall great! The restaurant is fortunate to have her. And to top it off, the fajitas were delicious!
To start off, the restaurant staff were not very competent. Our hostess seemed unreliable and our waiter took a long time to acknowledge us and struggled to understand our order. The most disappointing aspect was the food. I could only manage two bites before giving up - the enchilada sauce tasted like burnt ketchup, it was revolting. My husband also did not enjoy his meal. We have agreed that we will not be returning to this restaurant.
the outside seating area was busy, but very fresh on the afternoon. the girl who participated in our table was very hard and efficient. our order comes fast, the birria tacos were served with a small juice broth on the side and the avocado and the huge chips were amazing. I'll come back when I'm in highlands. I just ordered tacos so I recommend these 4sures. Book a table now
Was a late lunch so not alot of folks an the server's were on top of everything for all! Good music and the menu had so many choices I was blown away, this was my first time to try On The Border. My food came fast, hot an more than I could eat. Think I've found me a new fav Mexican Grill! 5 star's!
I hadn't been to an On The Border since before the pandemic, and I must say the food is even better than I remembered. My wife and I were both very pleased with our meals, and we will certainly be adding this restaurant back to our list of regular spots.
The Margaritas were delicious and the fresh chips were decent, but the food was overly salty which made it difficult to finish. We appreciated the Margaritas for saving the meal.
good size components. nice ckean. the tables were immediately moved. polite server, all guests were well spaced. although we were close to the closing, we never felt rushed. Book a table now
I only buy this experience to make an order. it's cinco de mayo, I understand it, it's busy. I don't understand why the online order tells me mine.
