On The Hill Cafe is undoubtedly the best dining spot in the entire capital region. The entire staff is friendly, humorous, and incredibly attentive. I always choose breakfast from their menu, which offers generous portions at unbeatable prices. The servers constantly check to keep your coffee filled, and I've never had a burnt dish or anything that tasted off. The whole breakfast rush here is perfectly managed. I can't say enough great things about On The Hill Cafe. If you're searching for a new place to try, look no further—this is it.
We visited for the first time and had brunch, and everything was delicious! The eggs were cooked exactly how we wanted them, the homemade fries were possibly the best we've ever had, and the pancakes were simply outstanding! The prices are fantastic, and there's no way you'll leave hungry! It was quite busy, but the staff was efficient and swift! We’ll definitely be back!
The team at On The Hill Cafe is amazing—enthusiastic, welcoming, and efficient! The food is outstanding as well. I strongly suggest tasting the sourdough batter and baked onions with the potatoes. It's a bit of an add-on, but absolutely worth it. My daughter said it was the best French toast she's ever eaten. The portions are plentiful, and the prices are quite fair.
I had a delightful breakfast at On The Hill Cafe with my husband on Sunday. I chose the buffalo chicken bowl, which was truly delicious! We were seated right away, and although the cafe started to get busy, the wait was minimal and the service was excellent. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends for its appealing menu!

This small strip mall offers a nice variety of shops. On one end, there's a clean and well-maintained laundromat. At the opposite end, you'll find a video game store. In between, there's a beauty salon, a café, a Chinese restaurant, a used tool shop, a small grocery store, and much more.
I always enjoy a fantastic meal at this restaurant, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They truly make you feel like family.
This small shopping center has a lot to offer. Hill Top Cafe serves delicious food at reasonable prices, and the Tool Box store features fantastic deals.
I made a mistake on another experience. I called it top of the hill restaurant. Clean great employee's prices and good food. Recommend highly.
