My husband and I ate here as they were serving lunch until later on in the day. We only entered because it seemed quite full of people which seemed like a good sign. I ordered the Eggs Benedict (and asked for a hashbrown, to which they told me they had 'beetroot' hashbrowns, so I thought I'd give it a shot and a side of avocado). My husband got the vegetarian breakfast option (that had soy sauce and a little bit of tofu and asked for a pouched egg on the side. This is a great cafe in Coogee. We visited three times over a four day stay (a breakfast, a lunch and a brunch). Service is very attentive, polite and the staff we encountered on each occasion great.The food was pleasant on each occasion also - delicious - and as a vegetarian family, always great to find places with plenty of options. There is a daily specials board out the front and choosing from this will give you plenty of options in addition to the main menu. We had breakfast at other cafes in Coogee as well during our stay and the prices at Sea Reflections are comparable.
Excellent laid-back & friendly vibe with quick service and tasty food. We threw staggered seating & constant adding to our order amongst our 15 (ages 12-74) and they took it in stride with an Aussie smile & friendly conversation even tho they were packed! We got their for breakfast on Boxing Day and spilled over to lunch! YUMMY! PS-They've changed their name from Oneness Cafe is now Coogee Trade CafePPS-Tip of the hat to our waitress (who's daughter had just flown to the US with her Qantas pilot dad) who's name escapes me!
I had breakfast there few times as the food is pretty good and it is cheap too, but man, that place is so dirty!! Those plastic water cups look so old and yellow. I recommend you not go to the toilet cause this is when you walk through the kitchen and you see how dirt it is everywhere. The staff is always different, I've never seen any waitress there for more then a few weeks, and they're never competent, they've never been able to answer questions about the menu.

On a busy weekend in Coogee we jumped at this cafe because it had an open table - and breakfast was surprisingly good. It seems to be in transition to a seafood dinner venue but serves very yummy baked eggs and bennies for breakfast. Our kids enjoyed their French toast and coffees were all good. Friendly and prompt service rounded off a good experience.
Good, tasty, wholesome food. I had the haloumi salad and my partner had the rainbow salad. Good sized meals without being over the top. The coconut smoothie is to die for. This café is such a nice change from the line-up of deep-fried food elsewhere - simple and tasty and light - perfect for a scorching Sydney summer day.
Le cadre est simple mais le personnel est sympathique. Le jour où nous y sommes allés il y avait de la musique, c'est un plus.Les frites à volonté étaient très bonnes par contre les cuisses de grenouilles n'étaient pas assez relevées dons assez fades.
We have recently discovered Reflections by the Sea and now we are visiting most weekends for breakfast. The food is healthy , wholesome and cruelty free. Coffee and service is good too.

Took my granddaughters for breakfast on sunday morning and food was lovely, great treat for a lazy sunday morning
