People say that location is everything in operating a successful business. This restaurant is in one of the hardest places to get to and find. Their signage is easily seen from the main road, but getting into the parking lot and finding the entrance is a whole another story. You have to go through the maze of business complexes and parking lots, into the back of the building, to finally walk through their front door, which seems like it would be another business's back door.Given we went during the dinner rush and we ordered takeout. I believe that having to wait for 45 minutes for your food, until you're the last ones in the entire restaurant, was kind of sad and contributed much to the low...
We were in search of Chinese food when this restaurant showed up in our search results for some reason. As is typical with Hawaiian restaurants, they served generous portions at reasonable prices, and this place did not disappoint. We loved the food and enjoyed it both on-site and as takeout. The customer service was excellent and prompt. Our meals arrived quickly, and even after a ten-minute drive home, the food was still piping hot. For under $30, we felt completely satisfied and enjoyed a wonderful dinner.

This was my first visit, and after a really emotional day spent at the cemetery with a loved one, I was welcomed by friendly smiles, polite staff, and a clean atmosphere. The portion sizes were just right, and my order was perfect. I will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area.

I wasn't impressed by the food or service, they messed up our order, one of the plates was wrong. they did not offer to replace them, nor apologized for mistakes. the only answer was that they ordered.
The chicken katsu was undercooked, and the breading fell off in pieces, leaving it soggy. The mac salad was lacking in seasoning. On a positive note, the rice was cooked perfectly.
Austin, Jerry, and I had an amazing meal here and we're eager to return. No pineapple, though; even if you think it would complement the food perfectly!
The Chicken Katsu is delicious! I really like the trendy decor in this restaurant chain. It's clean and well-maintained too.
