Four of our family members ordered meals after a long drive from Mesa, Arizona. Unfortunately, the person taking our orders messed everything up—giving us the wrong items, mixing up the orders, and even forgetting to include something with one of them. It was really frustrating. We were hungry and just wanted to eat, but ended up waiting a long time for the correct orders. Thanks, Popeyes. Additionally, there was no sanitizer or toilet paper available, and the men's restroom door didn’t even lock.
Our 16-piece family meal only came with 12 tenders, and we ordered four of their new lemonades, but none were included. The large sides were only half-filled. Overall, it felt like a total rip-off. We have given this location multiple chances, but they are unwilling to admit or fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this place. Save your money, time, and effort, and go somewhere else.
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is consistently a fantastic option for a quick meal. I've never encountered any issues with my orders, and I can always count on receiving fresh food. Their spicy tenders are hands down my favorite, paired perfectly with their biscuits and honey. Absolutely delicious!
Very unfriendly workers. I understand the pressure to work in fast food restaurants but please don't take it out on the customer that was looking forward to her 2 piece chicken meal. Had to go my local grocery store to buy fried chicken. Beware of thislocation.

I was truly impressed by how tasty the Banana Cream Cake turned out to be, and the Hushpuppy Shrimp was, without a doubt, the best fried shrimp I have ever had. The breading was perfect.
During my visit to this restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised to be served warm food for the first time.
