The air conditioning doesn't seem to be working! It's like eating hot food in a sauna! I've updated my review from 1 star to 3 because the cashier was really nice. I'm not sure if the AC has been fixed yet. Another update: I still think the air conditioning is broken, but I noticed that the management might have changed because the food was prepared very quickly!
The food at Ono Hawaiian BBQ is incredibly tasty, and the staff are warm and courteous. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. I enjoyed it so much that I opted for the drive-thru to bring some meals home. Although the wait at the drive-thru was somewhat lengthy, it was well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back more often! Food rating: 5/5.
Please answer your phone. I drove 10 minutes to get to your restaurant, but the phone kept ringing non-stop, even as I arrived and placed my order. Although you close at 9 PM, your cashier told me you close at 7, which was confusing. Still, accepting a phone order 25 minutes before closing shouldn’t be an issue. Improvement is needed.
The chicken combo is amazing! It comes with cabbage vegetables, macaroni salad, white rice, teriyaki chicken, katsu chicken, and sauces. Everything is incredibly tasty and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, though the wait times can occasionally be a bit lengthy. The location is great, and there's always parking available. Book a table now
If you're looking for a quick and cheap meal, Ono is a great place to go! The portion sizes are very generous and the katsu tastes good for the amount you pay. Would recommend if you're looking to spend little but leave filled.
