local guests are unfriendly, as the owner of the cash. the cash asks for additional money for the tassen, but they do difficult things when they try to return them. they'll throw you out for free. the owner accuses me of “steel” glasses of tables, while in the usually polite to the people we receive them. the bar tries to tear them from their money and makes difficultities when they use it own system against them. it would have got two stars, the owner is not such a bad sport. all because at least one of the security people is a real g and. the other two are quite aggressive and unfriendly. one of the bartenders (the one with the bart on the cocktail bar) is quite cool. long island eis tee a...

absolutely terrible service. after 1.5 hours waiting for our eating my wife asked one of the waiters if everything was still in order. instead of answering the waiter, a really rude comment has made about my wife. I was lazy and asked what he was doing with it. Then suddenly the owner came and started screaming to wait for our food. I couldn't believe it. I never come to this place again.

very bad service in the bar: they must wait forever to order. the crew at the bar (nachtclub) is very unfriendly and seems to be intoxicated. security is unfriendly, does not communicate adequately and is often aggressive. drinks are very expensive, but for a nightclub we can expect so. I paid 16 € for 2 25cl beer and 1 regular koks.

decent cash until it's too busy. bar offers do more chatting and drinking instead of helping customers.
