My husband and I just stopped by Mexico Lindo for a quick dinner and as always, we're very happy we did. We had the Mexican Chile Beans with the Chile Colorado option. Delicious!!!!! The portion was very generous in a large bowl, and hot! Beautiful presentation with big chunks of pure meat and a drizzle of melted cheese. We'll definitely be ordering that again on our next visit!
The food is fantastic, but the atmosphere truly steals the show! They have a mariachi band that travels around to each table, taking requests and performing for everyone! It's an excellent spot for margaritas and a fun experience!
