I had #29 Mexican Steak. Waitress asked how I wanted that cooked, and I ordered medium rare...Should have read the fine print. It was pork! It was so fatty and gross. Had I known the new mexican steak was pork, I would have never ordered medium rare. I explained the situation to her, and she could care less. My mistake, I won 't go back.
We are from out of town. The only thing I liked were the French fries. Not use to that type of red green chili. That was not Mexican cooking. I'm assuming they add flour to the chili. The red chili was not bright red and green was like a gravy. Very disappointed ? Salsa chips were extra charge.
Waitress hateful yelled at us treated us not welcomed. We won’t be coming back. Older waitress I think her name Delores. Will make sure my friends and family know how we were treated. Oscars had always been our favorite place but after last night no more.
In addition to very good, housemade Mexican food (try one if their various combos to learn what you like best) they have an excellent burger at a reasonable price. Similar to a smash burger, the edges are crispy and the center juicy. Served with fries. Book a table now
Slow service and the food was not hot. The only thing that was good on the plate were the french fries I've had better food there but the quality of the food from ny last visit makes me not want to visit again.
The service at this restaurant is welcoming and the food is mouthwatering. I ordered the carnita tacos and absolutely enjoyed the crispy shells.
The Carne Adobada was excellent! The homemade tortillas and salsa were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely return.
