This December menu is a treat for taste buds! In the entrance, the mullet egg on its cod brandade bed, as a result of the boiler soup, opens the meal deliciously. The beef cheek like a pot with fire melts in the mouth. After the generous cheese tray, the caramelized apple on its berry breton is a little wonder! A lot of finesse and accuracy in flavors and cooking for a sweet price. Congratulations!!!?

Very good dessert this month! The 2, I took one in a picture of the one I ate, but my daughter tasted the other (short fruit of season if I’m not mistaken) and she was a fan!
