We discover this slow food restaurant at the turn of a street in Apt, a charming gentleman invites us to enter and discover his specialties, why not: local and fresh products (with appellations and provenances noted on the slate). I let myself try with a chicken and mushroom spread, an eggplant spread (with tomato base, cheese) and a salad: delicious Provencal flavours! My darling takes tapas ; supions, octopuses : correct ; eggplant caviar: super good; Goat/figa toast and tomato tartine pineapple. In short a very nice restaurant, with choice, good tasty products and a smiling boss, to redo!
original and attractive concept but once the dish has tabled the quantities are extremely limited. 3 nuggets for almost 4 € ... a meat cut plate has 10€ for 5 fine slices of meat,3 pieces of cheese and not even a salad sheet. a pate salad or you have to look for the accompaniments ... in brief even if the ingredients are of a suitable quality the ratio of price and unbalanced
Just a feeling of getting screwed up! the salad is rather good but the choice of ingredients is limited and especially the amount in the plate is ridiculous! We appreciate the fine things, but there it is to make fun of the client.Of course we know that the biggest cities have the custom to make people pay for not much but it is a shame.
