Ordered salmon, a chopped Caesar salad, and seasonal vegetables. The salmon was raw, and I received an iceberg salad with mostly white lettuce. And to top it all off, the salmon and vegetables were cold. What's going on? Does the kitchen not feel they are accountable for the quality of food gets delivered since they don't get immediate feedback? If I was in the restaurant, I would have walked out rather than give them a second chance. As it is, I called The manager to complain, and they offered me 40% of what I paid for the meal plus delivery costs. I'll never do business with this franchise location again.
