my family and I went last night in hoover to outback, 15. sept. we set ourselves right away. it was 730. the owner sat and told us that the waitress would be over in a few minutes because he sat in an unauthorized section. it took more than a few minutes until someone came to the table, but we understood that she was really busy. we finally got our drinks, but we had to ask them at least 5 times for straws and we waited for straws at least 30 minutes. we ordered a blossoms of wobbles and mushrooms, they were both very overcooked. we asked for extra sauce that never came. there were 5 of us when we got our food, it was 915 o'clock and they closed at 9 o'clock. my command was wrong, but she co...
service was not great! steak was not finished, baked kartoffel was cold and was also not done, returned them repeated them same steak made it taste evil! I had to bake my man kartoffels that he got me when they did it again, we eat quite different things on us. He got chicken ripening was not good at all! we waited 50 minutes for our table when we said 35 minutes. this load needs better customer service! very unsatisfactory
I ordered the pickup for me and my children. the service was fast, exceptionally friendly and even asked if we needed additional condiments when I asked for an additional ranch. gregg really went over and beyond with a smile on his face. he can't recognize it, but his quality was so encouraging for me tonight.
So I ordered some wings and they were hard and dry . Brought them back and talked to the manager . She was really rude . Didn't get her name but she she had a sleeve tattoo on her arm . Wasn't nice at all . Even when I talked to her over the phone . But another lady brought me my food and was very nice .
