My friend and I dined at the Outback in Daly City, CA, where we ordered steak, vegetables, and mashed potatoes. Believe it or not, while enjoying our meal, we discovered maggots in the mashed potatoes. When we reported this to our waiter, the plate was promptly taken away. To our surprise, the manager on duty approached us with four $10 gift cards and apologized, yet we were still charged for our drinks.

I came here because I enjoy Outback, and I had low expectations for this location based on my experiences from before the pandemic. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the turnaround. Our server, Brandon, was one of the best I’ve ever had at any Outback location. He was incredibly quick with refills, friendly, and hardworking. We got everything we wanted, and it made for a fantastic experience. I will definitely return and hope to have him as our server again!
It 's an Outback, pretty much the same as every one. The food is okay. My ceasar salad was disappointing, bland and with wilted lettuce. I had the sirloin steak, which was okay well cooked but underseasoned and a bit stringy. The aussie fries wereuninspired. Our server was very friendly, but one of our orders was wrong, though quickly fixed. The prices are reasonable, thedecor is a bit bland. It 's better than many chains, but it 's still a chain.
Went here with an old buddy to catch up on old times. Great service at the bar as we downed a couple of beers. After our beers, had dinner in the dining area. We both had cooked to order bone in Ribeye steaks. There isn't one good steakhouse in the Serramonte area. Thank God for Outback! You can get a pretty good steak here at a reasonable price. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and anticipated a long wait, but we were seated in just 7 minutes. The waitress was incredibly attentive, checking in on us every few minutes and bringing refills without us even needing to request them. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come back!
The drinks here are consistently fantastic, with a generous pour of alcohol. The dinners are excellent as well. My only quibble is that the doneness of the meat can be hit or miss; it really varies depending on who's on duty that night. Overall, it's a solid choice—Outback never lets me down.
I ordered the prime rib steak cooked medium well, but when it arrived, it was warm, just like the potatoes. I decided not to send it back and ended up taking it home to eat.
It's a great place to have lunch. Service was okay, food was fine. This is the first time I've had an awesome blossom that was edible in a long time... Great job out back!

I gave 3star for atmosphere because of the dog that was allowed, and even tho it was on leash, it still had too much room to roam.
Never had a bad meal here. Service is great, and the Mac n Cheese is the friggin best ever.
