Went last night, the service was wonderful and I so wish I could give a review based on just that, however, my whole family has had food poisoning all night after eating there. And eating at the Outback on Oregon Pike in Lancaster is the only thing we have had that is the same all day, so it has to be from there. Don't know what we ate specifically, but something was bad. We've all been gassy, vomiting and had the runs since eating there last night. (We all had sirloin steaks, potatoes, bread, butter.
The food was dry and overcooked, as if it had been left under a heat lamp for too long. The chicken tenders were disappointing, and I felt like I could have made better ones from a frozen bag in my own freezer. The Alice Springs Chicken was slimy and overcooked, and the bacon was limp. The Mac n Cheese was bland, and the cheese and bacon fries tasted stale. Even the apple juice for the kids was warm and had a strange taste.
I only ordered food because my kids insisted on getting a bloomin onion. My steak was cooked well, but lacked seasoning. The salad was soggy and not fresh. My daughter's burger was comparable to something you would get at a fast food joint. The coconut shrimp were very overcooked and hard to eat. The bloomin onion, however, was delicious and the only highlight of the meal, earning one star for that.
Had delivered to my folks house as a gift from a family member. Prime rib and pork chop were tough and overcooked, turkey and dressing was soggy, salads were fair, fries soggy, and all was cold. The best item was the chicken soup. This was delivered via Door dash gift and we were very disappointed. (parents LOVE Outback dining in). I don't recommend delivery to Ephrata; just drive there for dinner.

Visited Outback during our trip to Eden Resorts. Our server Alicia was excellent. My child has a dairy allergy and she went as far as to bring us the ingredients in the bread to let us see if it was safe to eat. The food was delicious. Only negative on our visit was the dinners came out very quickly as we were still enjoying our appetizer.
This place is simply delicious! The blooming onion has a great taste (and a cool presentation too), if you like onion rings then this is for you. Personnel was polite. I went about 12.30p and it was a bit crowded, so I decided to skip the line by having a seat in the bar which offers the exact same service. I do recommend this place.
Visited with the family from Canada. Food was delicious BUT that wasn't even the best part. Our server Lucy was the most attentive, funny, INCREDIBLE person we met in PA. She made us feel welcomed and kept us laughing. Thank you for the amazing experience Lucy! We will be back soon! Love the Canadians! EH!
My steak was cooked perfectly (med-rare) which is super rare for a restaurant to be able to do especially for takeout so im impressed. Blooming onions always good but I will say it was a bit soggy when i got it.

Both meals were missing the Mac and Cheese. Shrimp appetizer was too salty and not edible. Steak was unseasoned and poorly cooked. Baked potato was dry. Overall unsatisfying Fathers Day take-out.
I thoroughly enjoyed the grilled chicken. The order was accurate and delivered promptly. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
